Overview of hydrological situation of May 20, 2020
As at May 20 increase of water levels with daily intensity of 1-10 cm are observed on the Neman, on the Zapadnaya Dvina near Ulla, on the Dnieper on the section Zhlobin-Loev, on the Sozh near Gomel and on the Pripyat on the section Pinsk-Chernichi. Decrease of water levels with daily intensity of 1-29 cm is observed on the rest extent of mentioned above rivers.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport are preserved on the Neman near Grodno, on the Berezina near Bobruisk, on the Sozh near Slavgorod. Water temperatures in rivers and reservoirs decreased and ranges from 8,6 to 14°С.
In the coming days insignificant fluctuations of water levels will be observed. Water temperature will slightly go down.
