Overview of the hydrological situation of October 10, 2018
As at October 10, there is a decrease of water levels with the intensity 1-18 cm per day. Small increase (1-6 cm per day) of water levels is observed on the Viliya, on the Zapadnyi Bug near Surazh and Verkhnedvinsk, on the Neman near Grodno and on the Berezina near Bobruysk.
Unfavourable conditions for river transport remain on the Zapadnaya Dvina near Vitebsk, on the Neman near Grodno, on the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa and Loev, on the Berezina near Bobruysk and Svetlogorsk and on the Sozh near Krichev, Gomel and Slavgorod.
Water temperature in the rivers and water bodies is about 4,0-12°С.
In the coming days, decrease of water levels is expected on most of the rivers, water temperature will gradually decrease on certain areas of rivers.
