Overview of agrometeorological situation of July 28, 2020
Crop development and growth of green mass is lagging behind last year's terms. Panicle was swept out, began to bloom in some places, leaf formation continues in the observed fields with late sowing dates according to the latest observations. Ear is blooming in the south of Grodno region and in the west of Gomel region. State of corn is good in most areas, it is satisfactory only in a number of regions, mainly in Vitebsk and Gomel regions.
Temperature regime for the formation of corn crop is expected to be below optimal in the near future.
