Overview of hydrological situation of April 28, 2022

Over the past day, on the Neman near the town of Stolbtsy and the tributary of the Pripyat, the Stviga River near the village of Korotichi, the water came to the floodplain.
As of April 28, an increase in water levels with a daily intensity of 1-32 cm is observed throughout the Dnieper, Berezina, Neman in the section of Stolbtsy - Bridges, Pripyat in the section of Petrikov - Narovlya, Viliya in the section of Steshitsa - Vileyka, Zapadnaya Dvina near the settlement of Ulla, Sozh near the city of Gomel and some of their tributaries. For the rest of the rivers mentioned above, there is a decrease in water levels with an intensity of 1-21 cm per day.
The water is located on the floodplain on the Neman near the town of Stolbtsy and settlement Belitsa, Viliya near the village of Steshitsy, the Dnieper in the section Zhlobin - Loev, its tributaries the Drut River near the village of Gorodishche and the Ivnya-Bonda canal near the village of Budka, on the Berezina near the city of Borisov, the city of Berezino and the city of Svetlogorsk, its tributaries the rivers Beaver near the village of Kuta, Svisloch near the village of Terebuty and Sushanka near the village of Susha, Sozh in the Krichev-Gomel section, its tributaries, the Oster rivers near the village of Khodun, Pronya near the village of Letyaga, Besed near the settlement Svetilovichi and Iput near the town of Dobrush, tributaries of the Pripyat rivers Styr near the village of Lopatino, Tsna near the village of Dyatlovichi, Sluch near the settlement Lenin, Stviga near the village of Korotichi, Ubort near the village of Krasnoberezhye, Ptich near the village of Slobodka and Oressa near the village of Andreevka.
On the tributary of the Sozh, the Pronya River near the village of Letyaga, the water level is 42 cm higher than the dangerous high mark, here the water level has begun to decline.
On the Neman near the city of Stolbtsy, on the Sozh near the city of Gomel and its tributary the Iput River near the city of Dobrush, the water levels are close to dangerously high levels, 18 cm are left before they are reached (growth rate is 21 cm per day), 17 cm (growth rate is 32 cm per day) and 15 cm (growth rate 11 cm per day), respectively.
The water temperature in rivers and reservoirs ranges from 6,0 °C to 12 °C.
In the coming days, water levels will rise on most rivers, as a result of which the water level on the Sozh near the city of Gomel will reach dangerously high levels.
