Overview of hydrological situation of August 10, 2021

In the past period (August 6-9), on most rivers of the country, an increase in water levels was observed, due to precipitation, as a result of which the water level on the tributary of the Neman River to the Ross River near the village of Studenets exceeded the mark of water outlet to the floodplain.
As of August 10, the rivers show fluctuations in water levels with an intensity of 1-18 cm per day.
Unfavorable conditions for the operation of river transport are noted on the Western Dvina near Vitebsk, Neman near Grodno, Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa and Loev, Berezina near Bobruisk and Svetlogorsk, Sozhe near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel.
The water temperature in rivers and reservoirs ranges from 15°C to 24°C.
In the next five days on the rivers of the country there will be mainly a decrease in water levels, on Pripyat near the town of Mozyr the water level will reach a mark that limits navigation.
