Overview of hydrological situation of June 10, 2021

In the past period (June 5-9), the rivers of the country experienced a drop in water levels, as a result of which conditions for river transport worsened on the Sozh near Krichev and Slavgorod, and on its tributary, the Iput river near Dobrush, water entered channel. As of June 10, on the rivers of the country, there is mainly a decrease in water levels with a daily intensity of 1-13 cm. On the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Sozha near Krichev and Slavgorod, the water levels are below the marks, in which there are difficulties in the operation of river transport. The water is located on the floodplain on the Dnieper near Loev, Pripyat near the village of Chernichi, its tributary to the Styr river near the village of Lopatino, a tributary of the Western Bug to the Narev river near the village of Nemerzha and the Sozh tributary to the Besed rivers near the village of Svetilovichi. The water temperature in rivers and reservoirs has increased and is in the range from 15°C to 21°C. In the next five days, the decline in water levels on the rivers will continue, as a result of which on the Dnieper near Loyev, Pripyat near the village of Chernichi, its tributary to the Styr river near the village of Lopatino, a tributary of the Western Bug to the Narev river near the village of Nemezh and the Sozh tributary to the Besed river near v. Svetilovichi water will enter the channel.
