Overview of hydrological situation of May 20, 2021

As of May 20, on the Neman, Viliya, Western Bug, Berezina, Sozha near the city of Slavgorod and Pripyat near the city of Mozyr, an increase in water levels is observed, due to precipitation. On the rest of the length of the above rivers, as well as on the Western Dvina and the Dnieper, a decrease in water levels is noted.
On the Neman near Grodno, the water level is below the mark at which there are difficulties in the operation of river transport.
The water is located on the floodplain on Viliya near the village of Steshitsy, the Dnieper near the town of Loev, the Pripyat near the village of Chernichi, its tributaries, the Styr rivers near the village of Lopatino, Sluch near the village of Lenin, Stviga near the village of Korotichi, Ptich near the village 1- I Slobodka, a tributary of the Western Bug River to the Narev River near the village of Nemerzha, a tributary of the Berezina River to the Svisloch River near the village of Terebuty and a tributary of the Sozh River to the Iput River near the town of Dobrush.
 The water temperature in rivers and reservoirs ranges from 11°C to 18°C.
In the coming days, on most rivers, the increase in water levels will continue, as a result of which the water levels will approach the marks of water outlet on the floodplain on the Berezina near the city of Berezino and its tributary, the Sushanka River near the village of Susha.
