Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the period June 23-30, 2022

According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring during the period from June 23 to June 30, 2022, the radiation situation in the republic remains unchanged.

The dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno are 0.10 µSv/hour (10 µR/hour), in Mogilev - 0.12 µSv/hour (12 µR/hour), in Gomel - 0.12 µSv/h (12 µR/h), which corresponds to established long-term values.

Higher levels of dose rate of gamma radiation are maintained at permanent monitoring points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin - 0.51 μSv/hour (51 μR/hour), Slavgorod - 0.18 μSv/hour (18 μR/hour) .
