Overview of agrometeorological situation of January 11, 2024
Due to the unstable temperature regime and the predominance of thawing weather, winter crops have not been able to achieve a state of deep physiological rest, and in some places they continue to vegetate weakly. There is no snow on most of the territory of Belarus, and there is a slight snow cover in the fields in the northern regions of the country. The soil is mostly thawed or the top layer is freezing. A decrease in the temperature regime, expected in the near future, poses no danger to wintering crops.
