Over the past period (April 11-14) an increase in water levels prevailed on the country's rivers therefore on the tributaries of the Sozh River the Oster River near the town Khodun and the Besed River near the agrotown Svetilovichi water levels exceeded the water outlet marks on the floodplain, and the water level on the Sozh near Slavgorod reached it.
As of April 15, there is an increase in water levels with an intensity of 1-31 cm per day throughout the Sozh, the greater part of the Western Dvina, the Vilia, the Dnieper, the Berezina, the Pripyat and individual sections of the Neman.
The water temperature ranges from 4.8°C to 11°C in rivers and from 5.8°C to 10°C in reservoirs.
In the coming days the rise in water levels on most rivers will continue and the water temperature will rise.
