Belhydromet joined charity campaigns for Knowledge Day

The approach of September 1 is a special period for every family with schoolchildren. Preparing for the new academic year requires considerable effort and expense, and for some categories of families this task becomes especially difficult. At such moments, society's support is especially important.

On the initiative of the primary organizations — Belaya Rus, the Belarusian Union of Women, and the BRSM of Belhydromet — gifts were purchased for the children of our employees from 18 families. The management and staff of our institution actively participated in carrying out these good deeds.

The trade union of Belhydromet also provided financial assistance to families raising children with disabilities, large families, and parents whose children are starting the 1st grade.

This year, Belhydromet once again became a participant in the national campaigns "Let's Assemble a Schoolbag Together," "Let's Get a First-Grader Ready for School," "To School with Belaya Rus," and "To School with a Kind Heart." For the Belhydromet team, such activity is not merely a formality, but a sincere desire to support those who need it most.

An important feature of these campaigns is their targeted nature. Stationery supplies, so essential for studying, will be received by children from large families, children with disabilities, and orphans — students of educational institutions in the Pervomaiskaya district of Minsk.

Supporting the district's young residents is not only a matter of addressing everyday needs, but also an important emotional aspect. Having received the necessary school supplies, the children will be able to feel more confident, enter school life with new strength and opportunities, without experiencing unnecessary stress due to a lack of needed items.

Belhydromet strives not only to fulfill its main professional tasks, but also to actively participate in the social life of society. Participation in charity campaigns is a vivid example of how a team can unite for good deeds and contribute to creating a more just and caring society.

We believe that such initiatives inspire others to join good deeds as well, because supporting children is an investment in the future of our country. May the new academic year become for the children a time of new discoveries, achievements, and joyful moments!
