Cleanup campaign at Belhydromet

Today, on October 15, 2026, a volunteer work campaign was held at Belhydromet, bringing employees together in a common effort to improve the territory.

This event not only contributed to maintaining order and cleanliness, but also strengthened the team spirit of the staff.

From early morning, employees enthusiastically set to work. Armed with rakes, brooms, and garbage bags, the team tidied up a significant part of the adjacent territory within a few hours. Participants collected fallen leaves, removed household waste, swept the pathways, and prepared the green areas for the autumn-winter period.

As noted by the Head of Belhydromet, Siarhei Khilman: "For the Belhydromet team, such work campaigns are not just about putting things in order, but a natural continuation of our professional activity. The work of the hydrometeorological service is inextricably linked to caring for nature and the environment, and this care must begin with our own territory. Today has become yet another confirmation that responsibility manifests itself in concrete deeds — in the cleanliness of the pathways, in well-maintained green areas, in the coordinated work of the entire team. I thank the staff for their participation, sincere involvement, and diligence."

The campaign became yet another confirmation that caring for the environment begins with small things — with putting one's own territory in order. The renewed and well-maintained territory of Belhydromet has become the best evidence of the diligence and cohesion of the team.
