Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on June 2, 2026

According to the data from the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring, the radiation situation in the Republic remains stable.
The gamma radiation dose rate levels in Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev are 0.10 µSv/h, which corresponds to natural background radiation levels.
At the radiation monitoring observation points located in the towns of Bragin and Slavgorod, the gamma radiation dose rate levels are 0.47 µSv/h and 0.18 µSv/h, respectively. These values correspond to the established long-term levels and are attributable to the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident.
The results of gamma radiation dose rate measurements from the Belhydromet radiation monitoring network are available on the website at https://rad.org.by.
