Overview of hydrological situation of May 11, 2020
Over the past period (May 6-10) as a result of presepitations increase of water levels prevailed on rivers. Conditions for river transport improved on the Dnieper near Mogilev and Loev, on the Sozh near Krichev.
As at May 11 oncreaswe of water levels with daily intensity up to 31 cm is observed on the Zapadnaya Dvina, on the Sozh, on the Dnieper on the section Orsha-Mogilev, on the Berezina near Berezino. Decrease of water levels and its smooth course is observed on the rest extent of the Dnieper, also on the Neman, the Viliya, the Pripyat.
Unfavorable conditions for the work of river transport are observed on the Neman near Grodno, on the Dnieper near Zhlobin, on the Berezina near Bobruisk, on the Sozh near Slavgorod and Gomel.
Water temperature ranges from 9,0°С to 18°С.
In the coming days increase of water levels will preserve, conditions for river transport will improve on the Sozh near Slavgorod.
