Information on exceedances of standards for ambient air quality (2 July- 8 July 2020)
State institution «Republican center for hydrometeorology, control of radioactive contamination and environmental monitoring» informs about the excess of quality standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from 2 July to 8 July.
In the air of Zhlobin (Prigorodnaya street) average daily concentration of solid particles up to 2,5 micron (PP-2,5) exceeded air quality standards by 3 on July 2. The south-west wind of 2 m/s prevailed, air temperature ranged from + 16,0 °С to + 28,9 °С, relative humidity ranged from 46 % to 89 %. Average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 1,4 on July 3. The south, the north-west wind of 1-2 m/s prevailed in the first half of the day. Calm prevailed in the second half of the day. Air temperature ranged from + 19,0 °С to + 23,4 °С, relative humidity ranged from 79 % to 97 %. Average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 1,2 on July 4. Wind of various directions prevailed, calm, air temperature ranged from + 18,5 °С to + 23,4 °С, relative humidity ranged from 72 % to 97 %. Average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 1,3 on July 5. Wind of various directions prevailed, calm, air temperature ranged from + 17,7 °С to + 26,7 °С, relative humidity ranged from 46 % to 94 %. Average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 2,2 on July 6. The south, the south-west wind of 1-2 m/s prevailed, air temperature ranged from + 17,5 °С to + 29,3 °С, relative humidity from 44 % to 85 %. Average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 2 on July 7. The south, the north, the north-west wind of 1-4 m/s prevailed, air temperature ranged from + 14,6 °С to + 20,6°С, relative humidity ranged from 70 % to 91 %.
In the air of Orsha (Pakgauznaya street) maximum one-time concentration of formaldehyde exceeded air quality standards by 1,2 at 13:00 on July 6. Air temperature was +27,4°С.
In the air of Mogilev (Pervomayskaya street) concentration of formaldehyde was 1,2 MPC. Air temperature was +28,8 °С. Concentration of formaldehyde was 1,2 MPC in the detached area. Air temperature was +21,6 °С.
In the air of Brest (Y. Kupaly street) formaldehyde concentration was 1,1 MPC. Air temperature was +18,0°С. In the air of 17 Sentyabrya street formaldehyde concentration was 2,1 MPC. Air temperature was 2,1 MPC. Air temperature was +18,0°С. In the air of Y. Kupaly street and 17 Sentyabrya streets formaldehyde concentration was 1,2 MPC and 1,7 MPC on July 6. Air temperature was +28,4°С. In the air of Y. Kupaly and 17 Sentyabrya streets formaldehyde concentration was 1,3 and 1,5 MPC respectively. Air temperature was +19,1°С.
In the air of Pinsk (Centralnaya and Zavalnaya streets) formaldehyde concentration was 2,2 and 1,8 on July 6. Air temperature was +13,8°С.
