The agrometeorological situation is not developing in the best way in a significant part of the territory of Belarus. In many regions of the country especially in the southern part, there is a weak moistening of the top soil layer which worsens the conditions for the emergence of spring crops. The average soil temperature at a depth of 10 cm ranges from +10°C to +14°C.
In the near future due to the uneven distribution of precipitation, insufficient soil moisture may persist in some places. The expected frosts pose a danger to flowering fruit and seedlings of heat-loving crops.
