Overview of agrometeorological situation of June 17, 2025
According to the latest observational data blooming is observed on the main winter grain arrays. Grain is being poured on winter barley crops, milk ripeness has set in. Productive stem growth has formed normally in most of the observed areas. According to a number of weather stations crops are less frequent in the southeastern and northwestern parts of the republic.
In most of the territory of the republic there is a moderately humid state of the upper 10-centimeter soil layer, while in many areas of the Vitebsk region strong moisture remains. In waterlogged areas it is difficult to carry out agrotechnical measures to care for crops.
In the near future agrometeorological conditions will contribute to ear formation and grain filling. The expected rains in most parts of the republic will maintain sufficient soil moisture reserves, but will complicate forage harvesting.
