Overview of agrometeorological situation of June 20, 2025
Earing has begun in spring grain crops in the main areas. Mainly in the northern region of Belarus and in late crops, stem growth continues in places throughout the rest of the country and internodes are forming. At the earliest crops in the southwestern regions of the republic barley began to pour grain, milk ripeness set in, spring wheat bloomed.
The upper 10-centimeter soil layer is in a moderately moist state waterlogging is noted in the northern part and in the east of the republic. Frequent rains, combined with high relative humidity, make it difficult to harvest hay and treat crops with chemical preparations and at the same time create prerequisites for the appearance and development of diseases.
In the near future the growth and development of agricultural crops will take place against the background of moderate temperatures, good and increased moisture reserves.
