Overview of agrometeorological situation of June 3, 2025
The precipitation that took place in most of the republic significantly increased the moisture content in the soil. According to the results of the instrumental determination, moisture reserves are mostly good and increased, only in some areas of the country on light soils they are satisfactory. According to the latest visual observations, the upper 10-centimeter soil layer in most of Belarus is well moistened, mainly in the Vitebsk region, waterlogging persists.
The passing rains will complicate the conditions for harvesting herbs and foraging, and make it difficult to carry out field work. The expected warm weather and abundance of moisture will contribute to the development of agricultural crops.
