As of April 14, a rise in water levels with an intensity of 1–5 cm per day is observed along most of the Dnieper River, the Western Dvina near the urban settlement of Ulla, the Sozh River near Gomel, some of their tributaries and on several tributaries of the Western Bug. Along the remaining stretches of the aforementioned rivers, as well as on the Neman, Viliya, Berezina and Pripyat Rivers, water levels are decreasing with a daily intensity generally ranging from 1 to 18 cm.
Water remains in the floodplain along most of the Dnieper River, certain sections of the Sozh River, some of its tributaries and on most tributaries of the Pripyat River.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, flooding of road sections is observed in the Gomel district of the Gomel region.
On the Neman River near Grodno, the water level is below the mark limiting navigation.
Water temperatures range from 4.0°C to 9.2°C in rivers, and from 5.7°C to 8.0°C in reservoirs.
In the coming days, water level fluctuations will be observed on the country's rivers, and water temperatures will rise.
