Overview of hydrological situation of May 12, 2021

During the past period (May 8-11), fluctuations in water levels with a tendency to decrease were noted on the country's rivers; on the Pripyat tributary, the Ubort river near the village of Krasnoberezhye, the water entered the channel.
As of May 12, a decrease in water levels is observed on the rivers with a daily intensity of
1-20 cm, only on some tributaries of the Western Bug and Dnieper there is an insignificant
(1-7 cm per day) increase in water levels.
On the Neman near Grodno, the water level is below the mark that limits navigation.
The water is located on the floodplain on the tributary of the Western Bug to the Narev River near the village of Nemerzha, the Dnieper near the town of Zhlobin, the town of Rechitsa and the town of Loev, Sozhe near the town of Slavgorod, its tributary to the river Iput near the town of Dobrush, Pripyat near the village of Chernichi and the town of Mozyr, its tributaries the Styr rivers near the village of Lopatino, Sluch near the village of Lenin, Stviga near the village of Korotichi and Ptich near the village of 1st Slobodka.
The water temperature in rivers and reservoirs has increased and is in the range from 10°C to 16°C.
In the coming days, fluctuations in water levels will be observed on the rivers, on the Sozh near the town of Slavgorod and the tributary of the Western Bug River, the Narev near the village of Nemerzha, the water will enter the channel.
