The 2nd European Games 2019 will be held in Minsk, Belarus from 21 to 30 June 2019
From 21 to 30 June 2019 the Republic of Belarus will host the II European Games, which are held every four years under the leadership of the European Olympic Committees - international integrated sports competitions among athletes of the European continent. In a framework of the II European Games will be held competitions in 15 sports. Competitions in 10 sports will be qualifying for XXXII Olympic Games 2020 in the city of Tokyo.
Competitions will be held at the largest sports facilities in Minsk, including stadiums "Dynamo", "Minsk-arena", "Chizhovka-arena".
Organization and holding of the Games in Minsk is a landmark event in sports life of Europe. It will strengthen the authority and confirm the reputation of the Republic of Belarus as a socially oriented state, which pays primary attention to the promotion of Olympic values, healthy lifestyle, development of physical culture and sports.
