It's spring on the calendar, and every day the sun rises higher above the horizon and gets warmer. For example, during the day on March 1, due to the influx of warm air masses and intense heating, thermometers across the country rose to +6…+13°C by midday. As a result, the first day of spring was marked by numerous daily temperature records, which were broken at all observation points in the Vitebsk region, as well as at individual points in the Minsk, Mogilev, Grodno, and Brest regions. The maximum temperature for the day was recorded at the Malorita automatic weather station and the Berezinsky Reserve weather station, reaching +13.3°C.
