The state institution «Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring» informs about the exceedances of the MPC standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from May 29 to June 4, 2025.
In the air of Minsk in the Uruchye microdistrict on May 29, 2025, the average daily concentration of solid particles, fractions up to 2.5 microns in size, was 1.28 MPC (south, east, southeast winds at a speed of 1–3 m/s were recorded, rain was observed, air temperature varied from +14.2°C to +21.2°C, relative humidity ranged from 64% to 99%). On June 2, 2025, at 07:00 the maximum one-time concentration of formaldehyde in the area of Bogdanovicha St.,254 was 1.23 MPC, in the area of the intersection of Shchorsa St. and Grushevskaya St. was equal to 1.13 MPC (a south wind at a speed of 1 m/s was observed, air temperature was 13.3°C, relative humidity was 86%).
In the air of Mogilev in the area of Schmidt Ave.,19 on May 29, 2025, the average daily concentration of ground-level ozone was 1.1 MPC (east-southeast, southeast winds at a speed of 1–5 m/s were observed, air temperature varied from +14.7°C to +21.3°C, relative humidity ranged from 66% to 88%).
In the air of Dobrush in the area of the Engelsa St. on May 30, 2025, the maximum one-time concentration of formaldehyde at 08:00 was 1.03 MPC (a north wind at a speed of 1 m/s was observed, air temperature was 16.3°C, relative humidity was 83%), at 08:20 – 1.13 MPC (a north wind at a speed of 1 m/s was observed, air temperature was 17.3°C, relative humidity was 80%), at 08:40 – 1.03 MPC (winds of variable directions at a speed of 1 m/s were observed, air temperature was 18.2°C, relative humidity was 75%), at 22:00 – 1.01 MPC (winds of variable directions at a speed of 1 m/s were observed, air temperature was 16.1°C, relative humidity was 81%), at 22:20 – 1.02 MPC (winds of variable directions at a speed of 1 m/s were observed, air temperature was 16.0°C, relative humidity was 84%); on May 31, 2025, at 23:20 was equal to 1.27 MPC (a north wind at a speed of 1 m/s was observed, air temperature was 17.1°C, relative humidity was 73%); on June 1, 2025, at 24:20 was equal to 1.03 MPC (a calm wind was observed, air temperature was 16.8°C, relative humidity was 76%), at 01:00 was equal to 1.03 MPC (a calm wind was observed, air temperature was 16.7°C, relative humidity was 77%). In the area of the Engelsa St.,1 on June 2, 2025, 15 cases of exceeding the maximum one-time concentration of formaldehyde by 1.13–1.46 times were recorded (a calm wind was observed, air temperature varied from +13.7°C to +18.2°C, relative humidity ranged from 73% to 93%); on June 3, 2025, 46 cases by 1.01–1.62 times were recorded (a calm wind was observed, winds of variable directions with a speed of 1–3 m/s were detected, air temperature varied from +15.2°C to +25.6°C, relative humidity ranged from 55% to 96%); on June 4, 2025, 7 cases by 1.03–1.53 times were recorded (a calm wind was observed, air temperature varied from +14.8°C to +19.8°C, relative humidity ranged from 56% to 88%).

In the air of Smorgon in the area of Sinkevich,119 on June 1, 2025, at 20:20 the maximum one-time concentration of PM10 exceeded by 1.48 times (a calm wind was observed, air temperature was +18.4°C, relative humidity was 44%), at 21:00 by 1.93 times (a calm wind was observed, air temperature was +17.0°C, relative humidity was 59%), at 21:20 by 1.57 times (a calm wind was observed, air temperature was +16.2°C, relative humidity was 60%). On June 4, 2025, at 21:00 in the area of Koreni St.,48A the maximum one-time concentration of PM10 exceeded by 1.48 times (a west wind at a speed of 1 m/s was observed, air temperature was +19.0°C, relative humidity was 53%).
In the air of Grodno in the area of Obukhova St.,15 on June 4, 2025, a slight excess of the maximum permissible concentration for surface ozone, established for an 8-hour period, was recorded: from 16:00 to 24:00 the concentration of surface ozone was 1.05 MPC (south, southeast winds at a speed of 1–2 m/s, air temperature varied from +22.6°C to +23.7°C, relative humidity ranged from 38% to 50%).
