Information on exceedances of standards for ambient air quality (from the 6th to 13th of January, 2022)
The state institution "Republican center for hydrometeorology, control of radioactive contamination and environmental monitoring" informs about the excess of quality standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from the 6th to 13th of January, 2022.
In the air of Brest in the area of st. Severnaya, 75 on January 12, 2022 at 08:40, the concentration of nitrogen oxide exceeded the maximum single MAC by 1.6 times (calm was observed, the air temperature was -11.4°C, relative humidity - 94%).
In the air of Minsk in the area of st. Radialnaya, 50 on January 13, 2022, at 08:00 and at 08:20, carbon oxide concentrations slightly exceeded the maximum single MAC (by 1.03 and 1.05 times, respectively) (a western wind was observed with an average speed of 3 m/, the air temperature was -3.6°C, relative humidity - 95%), at 11:00 am the concentration of carbon oxide was 1.1 MAC (there was a southwest wind with an average speed of 3m/s, the air temperature was -1.5°C, relative humidity - 96%).
